Meet Your Plant Allies Session
Meet your plant allies, here to soothe your nervous system, open your heart, and guide you home to yourself.
We will discuss your goals, hopes, and needs to match you with the right plants for you to work with to promote wellbeing and groundedness.
You will leave with recommendations of which plants to integrate into your daily/ weekly life including nourishing herbs & adaptogenic herbs. You will also receive guidance and practical instructions on how to prepare the herbs.
During your session, you will receive the herbal tea that you will be working with as well as a tincture with a customized herbal blend to support your body and spirit.
Tea Meditation/ Shamanic Journey
Dive deep within, Connect with Spirit, yourself, your ancestors, and the wisdom of the Earth
During your meditation, I will support you and guide you into relaxation and will provide guided imagery, music, the tea, blessing herbs for cleansing, and can also use sound bowls and other sound healing instruments if requested.
This is a great option as a second session, after we determine what herbs would be the best for you to work with.

Rachel is a folk Herbalist who has been studying herbalism and working intimately with the plants for the last five years in the Gaia Sacred School of Healing and Earth Education and the School of the Sacred Wild.
She is passionate about helping people reconnect with the Earth as an ally and their own intuition and power
What she loves most about plant medicine is how accessible it is, the plants are affordable and abundantly available, and the earth is always there for us to connect to.

Herbalism sessions:
$250/60 min session
A sliding scale for herbalism sessions is available for people who are low income, students, those with disabilities or who are otherwise marginalized and cannot afford the full fee.
