A: Ketamine works by altering brain chemistry, increasing neuroplasticity, and helping you access new perspectives on difficult emotions or trauma. It can help you break through emotional barriers, process past wounds, and shift limiting beliefs, all in a safe, guided setting.

A: Yes, you will be prescribed your ketamine by an outside trained, licensed  medical professional who will screen you to make sure you are a good candidate for ketamine assisted therapy. I ensure your physical and emotional safety throughout the process, and we tailor each session to your needs

A: We will go over any questions you have and spend a session discussing your goals and what you would like to get out of your ketamine journey(s). You will set an intention for your first journey. We will also discuss your boundaries around physical touch like holding hands if needed during session.

During your first dosing session, you will review your intention, get grounded and calm before self- administering the medicine.  You will have an eye mask, soft blanket, and headphones with a carefully curated playlist to support your journey. Your therapist will be right by your side the whole time and can hold your hand if desired.  You will likely experience a dissociative dreamlike state with images, colors, emotions, body sensations.

A: The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and individual needs. Some people experience significant shifts after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing work. Meet Rachel

Rachel has been guiding people on psychedelic journeys since 2021. She is a folk herbalist who has been studying plant medicine through the Gaia Sacred School of Healing & the School of the Sacred Wild. She has training from Fluence about providing Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Pyschedelic Integration.

What Drives Rachel’s Work: She’s passionate about helping people reconnect with the Earth as an ally and rediscover their own intuition and inner power.

Why She Loves Integration work: She uses somatic modalities of healing like Brainspotting that allow your body to release the impacts of trauma and move toward growth, healing, and regulation. She follows your unique healing process with warmth, compassion and gentleness support. Brainspotting and Integral Somatic Psychology both include the body, mind, spirit, and collective context and allow for deep healing. They compliment the psychedelic journeys beautifully and can help you tie up loose ends.

Rachel’s Approach: As both a licensed therapist and trained folk herbalist, Rachel brings a unique understanding of how plant medicine can work alongside traditional therapy to support your growth.
